I purchased Phone Sheriff to monitor my 16 year old daughters cell phone, which I own and make the monthly service payment. Phone Sheriff when I purchased it in December 2013 was an undectable surveillance system. In September this changed without notice. I could no longer monitor her phone. The system had been disconnected from her phone without my knowledge. I have now been notified that to reinstate Phone Sheriff to her phone I will need to download Phone Sheriff to her physical phone again and an icon will appear on her phone to notify her that the phone is being monitored. I paid for an anonymous cell phone monitoring device for 1 year. This was taken away before the one year agreement was complete. I attempted to discuss this with a service representative who offered only an apology. This is not acceptable when it is legal to monitor a minors phone that you pay for without their knowledge and I had paid for Phone Sheriff for one year.
