Do not purchase anything from piratemod.com, or their sister site sinistercandy.com. I believe the Parent company is Eclectic By Design. From what I can tell this company is a total scam. They will take your money, will have delays, promise to give you something extra for your trouble, etc. until you are past the time when you can get PayPal to give your money back. I found out too late that they are rated F by the BBB and have many other complaints on this and other forums. I should have done my homework before purchasing from them.
I placed a couple of orders in 9/2014 for over $100 total. I placed an order for merchandise from each of their sites. So far nothing has shown up (3 months later). No communication at all from them unless I contact them. And always an excuse when I do. And never a tracking number. "We are making a point that all orders are cleared before the holidays...so I WILL figure this out.”. "Our apologies for the delay - we were waiting for a couple more rolls of giftwrap that had been out of stock. They should be in within this week and your orders will all ship together.” "Since it took longer than it should have, I will make sure that you receive a little something "extra" in the box - hopefully that will help make up for the delay - :)”
If by chance the merchandise ever does show up I will update this review accordingly. I wish I had looked for reviews before placing orders with this company. You can try their phone number but I have never had anyone answer.
