I had them come out to turn on my sprinklers at which time he informed me I had a leak that needed to be fixed. I called him for two weeks to set up a time for them to come out. The company never returned my phone calls until I told them I was interested in having them restain my deck. By that time my entire front and back yard had died from the heat. I had to pay over $200 to fix it myself.

I then decided to give them a second chance with the deck. I picked out a light clear stain to show off the wood. When I arrived back home my deck was a solid maroon color. I made several attempts to reach them regarding the wrong color. After two weeks I finally received a call from them that they would come out to look at it. I met with the lady who works for them and picked out the exact color. Two weeks later they came out and said that the stain was "to new" to take off and wondered if I would just go with a different solid stain because it would be to expensive to fix. I told them no I would not and that they needed to sand it and fix the problem. They at that point no longer answered any of my calls and said they would not fix the job I paid $550 to have done. I am now left with a deck that is maroon and has at least 5 spots showing the wood where there is no stain at all. This company is run by this one person who does not respond to his clients, does not do the work that he agrees to and the quality of work is beyond poor.
