As a once loyal fan, I happily partook in a pledgemusic.com event for Mark Stoney to help him with his music campaign. I spent my money on this so-called "pledge" and was promised a CD of his latest album by doing so. MONTHS later and I never received the compact disc I bought. Upon further inquiry to the musical artist, I never had the courtesy of a response. No product I bought and paid for and no reply. I feel ripped-off and needless to say, am no longer a fan of him or pledge music.
I paid $1,500 for an acoustic house concert by statesboro revue plus a couple other small donations for merchandise. I have attempted to contact pledgemusic numerous times and get no response. At this point i plan to retain legal counsel. I do not know if the band is involved or if they ever received the money.

So I backed the George Lynch and Michael Sweet campaign. I paid for the digital download and a signed litho. I paid in November. In January, we were able to get the download. It is now March 5 and I have not received the signed litho. I've asked them about it and they STILL haven't given me an estimated date for receiving that. They DID, however, offer me VIP status on any other project, so, I told them which one I wanted and ... nothing. I have heard nothing back in regards to that one. So, needless to say, I'm not going to hold my breath and I will no longer support them.
ordered product in September of 2017 its now april 10 of 2018 and have not received product or refund would never do business with these scam artists ever again ive called their home office left emails and just have been ignored its a joke and they should be shut down .
Total SCAM! They held onto my money for over a year then claimed they couldn't refund my credit card so I had to give them my checking account number and the bank charged me $15 for a wire transfer from the UK.
Another order took well over a year and when I finally got the merchandise it was damaged.

Credit card dispute
Just put a dispute on your credit card. That is why you use them. Never give your bank account information. that was a bad move.
