Went to web site (beactivebraceinfo.com) advertised on TV and ordered a knee brace advertised as $19.99 and one free. When order completed a shipping and handling charge of $15.90 was added. Shipping thru USPS would have been less and arrived in 7 to 10 days. The order was placed on 9-28-2014. The order #12887480 was confirmed on the same date with a note *Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. When I called ( 800-340-3418) today I was told the order was just being released to Fedex for deliver in 7 to 10 days. This is false advertising on two fronts. One in the pricing and two in shipping and delivery dates. I advised I was filing a complaint and advising all retired military to steer clear of this company. Lizzy, Macon, GA

I ordered the Be active brace on Sept 19,2014 and allowed the recommended time of 2-3 weeks for delivery. I did not recv the merchandise. I then called the customer service number for Plymouth Direct on Oct 20,2014 and was told that my order is placed on back order for 3 more weeks. I then requested to cancel. I got an email confirmation of the cancellation ( which is attached) Thank you for your order and your call. We would like to apologize for the delay in shipping your merchandise. Unfortunately, item Be Active Brace is still out of stock. As per your instructions, we have cancelled your backordered order# 22818750. Please allow up to 5 business days for any charges to reverse. Today is Oct 28. And I still have not revcd my refund. When I call the customer service number now I am not able to reach anyone. All I get is the run around , busy signals and disconnected 3 times now. when will I rich my refund or is this just a scam. If so i will be forwarding a complaint to The Better Business Bureau.

Ordered braces from beactivebrace.com 2 months ago. I haven't received my order. I haven't received a refund. I haven't received answers to my emails. The customer service for the braces is plymouthdirect.com. Neither website is helpful in trying to retrieve any information on my order.

Stay away from these companies!!!!!

I PLACED AN ORDER ON SEPT. 8TH. I HAVE SENT 3 EMAILS INQUIRING ABOUT MY ORDER, NO RESPONSE. TRIED THE TOLL FREE NUMBER, PUT ON HOLD FOREVER. IT DIDN'T TAKE THEM LONG TO TAKE THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED OFF OF EBAY IF i HAD KNOWN.
