Poshmark abruptly deleted all 50-60 listings in my closet, many of which were sold items that help others to see that I am truely a credible seller. I have been using the app for two years or so and have had success in selling many items. All of a sudden, I cannot comment on other peoples items, a message comes up telling me that I have been blocked from the user's closet for EVERY user. I cannot buy other people's items & others cannot buy my items because they have all been deleted and I cannot list new items! I tried making another account, but the other account is unable to buy, list items, comment on others closets. POSHMARK HAS BLOCKED MY MOBILE DEVICE ALTOGETHER. I cannot use the app at all! I just want access to the app again.

Scam buyer. Poshmark sucks

Do not complain to poshmark, about a buyer, because they will block your account, let buyer keep your stuff for free and tell you moving on. Don't even bother contacting them because they will ignore your emails. I wish they were as eager to reply when you click on the support@poshmark button as they are to take their 20% commission of your sales. it SUCKS

There are MUCH better buy/sell websites out there!

High fees, lots of fake designer purses, and horrible customer support. They also allow anyone to flag your listing for no reason, because they don't have enough people on staff so they rely on their "community" to report anyone violating their policies. My account has been disabled twice within the last 2 months, for stupid reasons and GOOD LUCK trying to get a timely, helpful resolution to any legitimate issues you have.

The first time they disabled my account and removed my listings was because someone had flagged a Coach purse that I had listed. It was authentic and showed the serial number and everything but someone in their "community" flagged it and they demanded that I send them a receipt to prove it's authenticity. Really? Who keeps receipts from 3 years ago, and why would there be any reason to believe it was not authentic? Basically, people can flag your items for removal on a whim, and for no legitimate reason.

The second time they disabled my account was this week. I had an issue with a Seller who sent my item to the wrong address, which meant I didn't have it in time for Christmas. Not to mention, her communication was horrible and poshmark provides no way to private message someone, so you have to argue with them on the public listing where everyone comments. I told her I wanted to cancel the order, since it was going to be another 1 week before I received the item, and she tried to push back. I contacted poshmark to intervene on my behalf and they just told me I had to wait until 7 days had passed before I could cancel the order. They had (of course) already charged my card, so to protect myself, I filed a dispute with my credit card company until the money was refunded. Long story short, they blocked me from the site because I filed a dispute and this could "harm their credit rating." I think they have better things to be concerned about, such as their lack of decent customer support and their crappy policies.

Save yourself time and hassle, use eBay or vinted for your buy/sell transactions. eBay charges less money, you get a discount on USPS shipping lables, they provide you extra protection if you use PayPal, and have a better mechanism for communicating and also providing feedback on Buyers & Sellers. I've never had any of the forementioned issues with vinted either, so I recommend that you steer clear of poshmark.

$5 Credit Signing-Up With Code BRJIR

$5 Credit on Poshmark When You Sign-Up With Code BRJIR

Been on Poshmark for nearly a year as both a seller and buyer and love it! Didn't know what to expect at first, but it's so easy to score fashion deals or make money from items you no longer wear - all from your phone. Overall, my transactions have been positive but I'll share a few tips: treat everyone with respect, ask questions or for more pictures if a listing is vague and avoid trading or taking a transaction off Poshmark (ie Paypal) as that's when most scams happen.
