I dropped my car off at Precision and they called Enterprise to come pick me up. I got to Enterprise and they informed me that no arrangements for payment were made for this car. Enterprise was kind enough to call Safeway Insurance and try and make the arrangements that Precision was already suppose to have made. While talking to Safeway they informed me that the claim was never processed properly and no payments were approved for repairs or rental cars. I called Precision back and explained that this is what I was told. It was at that moment the Precision Body Works employee began to get irate with me and began swearing. Saying ""So we F****** pre-ordered the parts for your car, and now your not F****** go to get the repairs done?"" I said ""excuse me, but your company is the one that told me all arrangements were made and that you handle everything with Safeway directly."". He then responded by saying ""what the F****** ever, I don't give a sh**"". I asked if I could speak to a manager and was told by this person that he was the owner. I simply hung up and went to get my car away from this place as quickly as possible. I was concerned that they were going to damage my car based on the professionalism I experienced on the phone. I got my car and did not see any damage caused by them, but I will NEVER go back to this unprofessional place again. The irony was in the waiting area they had all the brochures and literature that says ""Excellence is what we do"" and ""We're not satisfied until you are""....What a joke those words are. Bottom Line STAY AWAY and PRAY THIS COMPANY GOES AWAY!!
