One of the owner Eric Hartsell and Roger Yang came to my parent back in 2013 with their roofing business. An insurance claim was filed on June 2013 which they received a check for over $4,000 for the initial roofing work. It took them a good while before they ever came to do the roof. Then they were also paid to paint the inside ceiling in which they were given $1400 for that part. About two weeks before they came to paint the ceilings; they had came by my parents house to pick up $1200 of the check because they said they needed it to go hire their painters to come paint. I was livid when I found out from my parents that this claim has been opened since June 2013 and they were just now trying to wrap up the project.
As of today the photos attach are the final work of the inside paint job that these roofers came to do. Not only are they poor scam artist, they scam people who are limited with their English skills. My parents will now need their carpets, ceilings, light fixtures and floors redone because of these losers.
