This company would not answer my email inquiries at first. Then they answered me rudely and told me yo "pay up" even though I had already done so. They have a lot of my money so I filed a report with the BBB. I tried to check their site, yet again and it's completely down. Any emails get kicked back with a mailer daemon. The BBB suggests small claims court or contacting a lawyer. I'm 3,000 miles away. Then they suggested the FTC.
