Unbeknownst to me, my 13 year old daughter ordered from pro green coffee. As soon as I was aware, within 1 hour, I called progreen coffee to cancel my order. I explained the circumstances and was told not to worry the order would be cancelled and there would be no charge. When I got my bank statement I was charged $4.95. I called the company and received a lecture about reading the fine print and that there were no refunds. The supervisor was extremely rude and refused to let me speak to anyone else. I do not need a lecture, I just wanted a refund for something that was never sent. Poor business practice
The same thing happened to be but they charged me $87!!! And have refused to give me my money back! They were extremely rude and then charged my account AGAIN!!
