This company sold us a package promising that 4 couples would be able to fly to Puerto Vallarta for 4 nights 5 days for less than $950 a couple. We paid them $450.00 up front, then informed we would receive a plane voucher, once the voucher was received we had to pay $50.00. Then send that info in for another agency to charge us $149.00 a person for flight fees plus $50.00 a person for handling fee. Then we could schedule our flight, turned out because we were traveling in a group the resort charges fees of $200 per person per night, however none of us could get any of the dates we wanted, then we had to pay the hotel fees of 19.95 per night plus $220.00 for any additional nights. Since the flights were only allowed on Sun, Mon or Tues. The original salesman failed to give all the info upfront then when we tried to cancel within their 15 day period, they said there was a $1300 fee since one flight voucher was claimed. THAT WAS NOT IN THE CONTRACT! This company is dishonest, snakes, everyone should be aware to never believe anything that comes out of these cons mouth!
