I have been contacted by this company on numerous occasions. The first calls were back in NOVEMBER 2013. It was basically recorded messages about a court, case number and oweing money to an unknown debtor. When I called the back they informed me that I was going to owe them 40 thousand dollars after they took this to court. I questioned where the debt was from, they explained that it looked like from my ex husband 9 years ago, when we were still married. I was not able to pin point where this debt was coming from still, it is not on my credit report. They told me that they were mailing the information that explained everything but if I attempted to settle out of court it would be about 6000.00. I paid them 500.00 with the condition that they send me explanation of debt. About a week later I got a letter in the mail, requesting I send them proof of every credit card I had it was a big packet with nothing saying what I owed them or anything to that nature. I then attempted to cancel my debt card being as that was how I paid they had a ready taken another 200.00. Buy the time I was able to get my debit card cancelled they had taken 900.00. Now once a month I'm getting a call stating that my card is being declined and they will start the process of litigation, and to this day I still haven't gotten a bill explaining anything.
I am assuming since I was dumb enough to pay, I will receive these threatening phone calls for a long time, though I wish I could stop them. I have checked my credit report I only owe 2000.00 and it's not to them.
