In Pro Flowers ad on the internet, they did NOT have the total cost of the order, which I did not know until I checked my bank account and saw that PF had deducted more than TWICE the amount that I thought I agreed upon. ($31.99 the original cost of the flowers and withdrawn from my bank was $65.68!!) I called PF within 5 minutes of the online order and talked to a Brenda and she originally said that it was too late to cancel. I said "What?" and threatened to go down to my bank and cancel it ane then after while she said that she was able to cancel my order and when I asked about credit for my cancelled order, she was very vague and kind of implied that I would receive a credit!!?? They way she sounded, I'm not sure of receiving that credit!

I ordered 2 sets of flowers one was 1999 the other was5298 they added almost 45 dollars more in these hidden fees they rip u off at the end of your transaction they should tell you first.So I cancelled my order those bastards stay away from this tipoff company do not buy from profloeers.com

Beware of Pro-Flowers offer to take off 20% as their headline banner says and never believe in free week day shipping.

After over an hour of trying to be upsold I placed the order. When the order comfirmation came over my computer, it was $20 higher.

My first e-mail to customer service was, You must have misunderstood. My second reply was, Sorry, we have processed it and cannot make changes.

Never again. I spent over one hour to order the flowers and still got ripped off.

I ordered a dozen long stem roses and a free vase for the price of $19.99 as it was advertised on the radio. These fkn basterds charged me an additional 12.99 for a red vase i didnt order.i was charged a couple of other small fees also that i didnt mind because i know this is for someone special. The thing is, i did not find out the additional charges until my order was complete. Meaning they had already charged my card wich raised my price to $43.99 or something. Thats more than doubled the price "(false advertisement )".sense then ive read over 100 complaints about this company and wish i had done so before i placed my order. Oh well you live and you learn. Please stay very far away from this scumpany.

I ordered flowers for my sick grandmother who was hospitalized right before Thanksgiving. She was released from the hospital with no sign of the flowers I ordered. Needless to say, I cancelled the order as it was never fulfilled. As of 12/22, nearly an entire month later I have yet to receive a full refund. I have continued to call and am provided the same response that my refund is "being processed.'" Unacceptable! I will NEVER again order from this company. First my sick grandma never gets her get well flowers and then to add insult to injury, my refund is floating in limbo.

Placed order for flowers, optional vase not selected. Called a few minutes later when E-mail message showed excessive charge. It was discussed and agreed that vase was added to order and it would be corrected. I was told the PayPal charge would be corrected.

Several weeks later noticed the wrong PayPal charge was not corrected. Talked to Proflowers agent, discused all details of the order, was placed on hold for researching issue. Finally response was that problem was found and the cost of vase would be corrected.

Received E-mail apologying for the refund not being applied to my account, but I had to provide all the information already verified on the 20 minute previous call. I felt I had spent enungh time on this issue and they were just harassing me.
