I own a sales and marketing company that provides solar for homeowners in the valley. I was looking for a Sales Manager to revamp my sales team. I took Chris Mckenna (Protech solar) to lunch in September of 2014 and discussed the position. He informed me not only will he be the sales manager but that he also has his license to handle my installs as well. We agreed on a 50/50 split for all sales made and we put together and signed a contract for the 50/50 split. We did $100,000 in sales in 90 days. Mckenna (Protech Solar) decided to break the contract and not pay out the full 50/50 split. Mckenna (Protech Solar) neglected to pay me the $15,000 in profits that I earned by lots of very hard work most people won't do by putting in 12 to 16 hours a day of work. Unfortunately I found out later that Mckenna (Protech Solar) uses misleading information to convince his potential clients to buy from him.
Recently as of 4/22 he used his sly tongue to convince another markeging guy Todd Libby to find leads and rips him off as well. Mckenna (Protech Solar) continues today to mislead customers and rip off countless employees. Mckenna (Protech Solar) has been doing this in the valley for over 5 years now. Years ago Mckenna (Previously SolarMax) ripped off a gentlemen by the name of George Balinger as well. He had to change his name. I found this out after investigating Mckenna(previously SolarMax) very closely. Mckenna (Protech Solar) will continue to do business this way. This is why I feel obligated to inform the public of Mckenna's (Protech Solar's) actions and eventually put a stop to all of it.
