Zahid Makhdoom, in his official capacity as a justice of the peace in the Vancouver traffic court in the Province of British Columbia, (Robson Square location) claimed that a Jewish woman’s male witness by the name of Pete Schmidt is “entitled” to the contempt of court that JJP Makhdoom will “not hold [Schmidt] responsible” for the contempt of court committed.
The Supreme Court ruled that JJP Makhdoom allowed a trial so apparently so unfair that “a miscarriage of justice resulted.”

We understand that JJP Makhdoom uses fabricated identities online, falsely misrepresenting as a Crown counsel in at least one occasion: Fabricated identity of Zahid Makhdoom.
We understand that Mr. Gene Jamieson has claimed that the Office of the Chief Judge is "actively considering" the above. We are pleased to update the information in the future, despite the fact that it is alleged that his office knew or ought to have known of JJP Makhdoom's criminal history.
