I ordered a £19.99 love reading and a £10.99 halloween special , when i recieved the "love reading " it soon became apparent that id been sent a psychic / mediumship readingby mistake . I wrote and kindly thanked the lady but asked that could she please send the correct reading as there seemed to have been a mistake . I wrote to her on her web page another 2 times that day , i also commented on her facebook page asking if there was any problems with her email as she claimed to answer all amails between 9 an 5 monday to friday , this was a thursday , i heard nothing , i then wrote on the friday morning , all basicly the same email , could they please send the correct love reading . I asked that if she did not reply by 5 pm that day that i would have no choice but to open a dispute case with paypal ( as i payed through them ) . still i had no reply . I then of course had to open the dispute case in paypal to which she replied 2 days later that yes she had sent the wrong reading an that i should not of been so rude an she had redone the correct love reaing but was awaiting the dispute to be disolved within paypal .I was unable to write back in paypal so sent the lady an email , she replied almost instantly an was very off , still saying that i had been rude ect , i honestly was so caredul not to be rude , i just wanted what id payed for . she then sent numerous emails getting more an more abusive , in 1 for inst6ance she said " all you sad b***ards come to me because your life is so s*** " , i then wrote back an suggested that she should not concentrate on her "third eye " an get the other 2 tested as i had in no way shape or form been rude about anything , again i just wanted the correct love reading . i recieved many more emails from her getting more an more irrate , she then sent me a curse an a bad luck spell . paypal could not help me because it wasnt a "pysical " product an that i should contact my bank for further assistance. They have sent me forms and so i will wait an see what they saybut i wont hold my breath .i also reported her to trading standards as i really dont want her to be able to do this too more vulnerable people than myself. She told me " love reading , hahah , i never sent 1 cos there is fuck all to say , your boring in bed an thats why he cheated on you an is much happier with some1 else " lol didnt have the heart to tell her that she was totally wrong .. i just cant believe that paying through a reputable company like paypal , as a customer , i have no rights at all

The only reason we found out is: (not knowing two sisters have purchased a reading from her two times) that when my sister wanted to read my past readings from Gail- both of our readings were identical 100%. This lady is giving all psychics a bad name, which they are not all scammer's. Then when I busted her out, so blocked me from her site and told me " I shouldn't be so upset as psychics are for entertainment purposes", well in some way that may be true, if you happen to be a real psychic and give a reading, and not all comes True 100%, it's not their fault, as we can change the course of our life. But when claiming you are a psychic- whose truthful, honest and real, but then takes money from you- in giving everyone the same reading, by copying and pasting; or forwarding onto you, what she just sent someone else is a scam. How can someone live w/themselves- taking money from people seeking help and putting their trust in them. When I called her out on her scam & asked for my money back, this was her response to me below:

Which is clearly governed by trading standards, facebook and the board of psychic reading associations. once again i dont TAKE money off anyone,as you keep repeating yourself, i don't contact anyone, I don't ask anyone to buy I offer a service and people including yourself, wish or not wish to undertake on this service.it is not illegal at all. False advertising... prove it, prove im not a medium, good luck with that, there are over 3 million psychic websites out there which no one has or can prove psychics and mediums do not connect to the spirit world.
If you do not agree with psychic reading companies and its causing you so much distress I suggest A) you don't visit them B ) you don't order from them and C) take a chill pill before you give yourself a nose bleed. i will not be answering any more questions from you and do take care what your implying as trust me i will contact my legal team.

If she's so honest, then why did she not grant me back my money and block me from telling other clients the truth of her. And why when doing a search for a review on her site- there are several review sites complaining about her concerning the same issue. I just wish I would have looked up reviews on her, before I purchased any readings from her. If it wasn't for both me and my sister comparing our readings, I would have never known and might have contniued wasting my money on a FRAUD!
