Our PR firm was hired to assist with media relations efforts by David Haddad on December 2, 2014. Our job was to secure at least 5 media articles/links in the space, technology, health, and/or business media outlets. We were to be paid according to Publiseek policy within 2 days after article was secured and live or printed, interview run date, etc.

After speaking with Nader Sabry, CEO of Timez5, the client we spoke to him about the possibilty of exploring health trade publications first and build up to national media. He agreed. We have recorded calls, email documentation, and other correspondence to support our claims. David Haddad Founder of Publiseek whom hired our company and Nader Sabry received 2 links on December 24, 2014 and another on December 29th. After several correspondences, David Haddad continued to claim he was out of the country which is why we haven't been paid and that Nader would be our point of contact for everything including payment. They even extended our 1 month agreement until the end of January.

David has scheduled multiple calls with me and has been a no call/no show on 3 occassions after requesting we meet and speak. I have been on all calls for a min of 30 minutes waiting for him to show. Mohammed Al Bastaki, whom I've only heard from one time and only been copied in on 2 emails all together then interjects and claims he's the paymaster. Mind you he's only the VP and I've been speaking to CEO. After all of the work, they refused to pay and even had the gall to ask me to start over and provide a marketing plan which at this point made me feel very uncomfortable. We charge a minimum of $5000 for a national marketing plan and he wanted me to just give him the plan with the current outstanding balance so he could hire another PR firm to implement our ideas. I refused multiple times before he finally got the idea.

This company prides itself on following religious principles of peace but has caused more hell than anything. They are partnered with The Space Foundation because of proprietary NASA technology and VISA. It's amazing they've been able to get this far with the unethical, scrupulous, and distasteful business practices. To date after providing all necessary documentation to all parties involved, it apparently shut their mouth because no one has gotten back to me nor disputed the evidence sent over which I'd be happy to provide whomever is considering doing any business with Timez5 or Publiseek and its representatives. This was a rip off plain and simple and I am pursuing legal action to get owed payments including covering the cost of legal fees.
