One of the victims fell into their trap through their web advertisement "rush my order" and need to fill in the form with our particulars for a free trial by paying only the shipping rate S$7.94 through credit card in Dec2014. One Month later a tube of Pure Youth Solution packed in a box arrival without any document and invoice and to my surprise I was charged on 27Feb2015 for USD99.99 followed by another on 29Mar2015 for USD99.99. I can even resolve my dispute with them because their email and phone cant even get through.
Hope with this report no more victim like me being ripped off by their attractive advertisement and how true is the effect can transform you 20 years younger????

I signed up for the trial offer of Pure Youth Solutions for a cost of $4.99 freight around the 12 January 2015.
I was not charged for the $4.99 freight, instead I was charged $128.61 on the 28 February 2015. I note that I did not receive any confirmation email for the purchase from the supplier, nor any documentation with the delivery of the product, nor was there any disclaimers posted on the order/payment page at time of purchase.
This is unacceptable, and a ripp off. I have tried to contact these people, which is nearly impossible, I have tried to send an email through the new dermaactivecream.com. webpage, it does not send through.
Please becareful with the "only pay freight offer" as this is a ripp off, they take your card details & take the money out regardless, you do not get anything for free, it's a way of them stealing your money.
Clicking on advertisement from Ellen Degeneress ad at the side of Century Link ....I ordered a trial sample of
Pure Youth Solutions. The ad invited : Pay 4.99 for free sample. Then the very small bottle arrived in the
mail with no invoice, no address..no instruction....and no phone number. I called my bank to discover a 99.99 charge
had been placed on my visa card. I disputed after trying to call the number the Bank customer service gave me which
accompanied the charge of 99.99. A message stating hours to call..etc. ( I was calling PCT within hours mentioned)..the
recording stated ; Leave you name and number and we will try to get back to you. I then went online and found a complaint that exactly stated my complaint. The number to call in that complaint was 888 512 3396. I reached a customer service representative and could get no where with them insofar as cancelling the order. I told them I received no invoice receipt upon ordering (which I thought was an error on my part) and no receipt with purchase, no one to contact.
The number the Bank gave me didn't allow me to get any assistance.
