This company is HORRIBLE!!! I ordered 2 jackets to be "Rush" deliverd...it's been 2 weeks, I still have nolt received my order...and it appears to be held up in a hub only 20 min from my house & they STILL say it's gonna be another 7 days!!! AND, they won't let me just go there & pick it up!!!! They say it's not set up for customer pick up!!

I needed these items for a special event which now is impossible. I gave them plenty of time to get these items to me. And their idea of "Rush" is rediculous!!! They gave me the runaround, & their sales people are morons. they should have told me that "RUSH" was nothing special. Evidently it still went through the post office even though they LIED & said it was FedEx. Ugh!! What a JOKE!!! NEVER use these con artists!!

- Unhappy customer

Spammers!

I recently purchased some products from "The Pyramid Collection". Not long after, I began getting daily spam marketing mail. I called several times requesting they stop, and each time they assured me it would, but it still hasn't.

To make matters worse, the unsubscribe link on their spam emails does NOT lead to an unsubscribe page.

I highly suggest that anyone ordering through this company use a temporary email account that can be disposed of later, otherwise you'll likely be in for an endless wave of spam.

I personally will not be shopping there again, and hope the spam ends soon!

We ordered from pyramid collection Christmas of 2014 for the first time. In Januray a charge showed up on our credit card for $14.95 for a VIP service. We had not signed up for this nor did we know what it was.

We called the customer service number serveral time which claims to be open 24 hours. However, it was conveniently closed everytime wr called it. Finally we got an answer and the person understood our complaint. I believe we were lucky to get this person where someone else may not have been as helpful.

She told us to call this number (855-226-7046) and ask for a floor manager. We did that & told the floor manager that we didn't sign up for this VIP service. She stated she would take us out of the program but didn't offer to remove the charge of $14.95. So we requested a refund & she stated it would be six weeks and we would recieve the refund back on our card.

I saw so many of your posts and understand your frustration. So I wanted to provide a number to call.

I love thier clothes but I will not be buying anything else ever from them again because of being deceived.

Use this number & call! Flood them with calls for refunds!!!

Ordered a few things from them last September. Very expensive, cheaply made, outrageous shipping etc. Today I noticed a charge of 14.95 for the VIP Collection. Excuse me? Called the company and was told that when I made my purchace I was given the opportunity to join the VIP collection, I guess in the fine print it said that it would be free for one month and then a charge of $14.95 per month would be deducted from my bank account. I told the rep that answered that I did not want that service, she said she would cancel my membership. I then told her to reverse the charges of $14.95 and she curtly said "NO...we don't offer refunds...blah blah blah". Well, I then told her that I would NEVER be doing business with them again. Except now, they have my bank information. Great. Stay tuned.

The first time I ordered from this company was August 22, 2014 and it was online. I ordered 2 dresses, paid by debit card and while ordering it listed one of the dresses was on back order. About 10 days later, I received my dress that was on back order. It was advertised as purple when it was actually burgandy. As figured I was just deal with it for now since it's my second choice and the other dress is my first choice.

I needed the dresses by Oct 12th for an international cruise, to wear for Captains Dinner. I ordered in plenty of time in case I have to take them in to get altered. The end of August I was happy to see my other dress show up. I excitedly opened the box to find out they sent me completely the wrong dress. Not the size was wrong but the whole dress couldn't have been further from what I ordered. The invoice was in the box and it said the correct dress I ordered, strange. So I sent the dress back the next day, not being to happy that I had to pay postage for the other dress to come (the one that didn't) and to send the wrong one back, when this was the companies fault. I wrote on the invoice that this was my first time ordering from them and I was not to happy so far and could they send the correct dress that I had already paid for. I was told that the insured package would arrive in 3 days and I had the tracking number.

The package did arrive to the company in 3 days (I checked it). To make a long story short, from that time until today, I have sent 5 e-mails, 2 letters and made 2 phone calls to the company. I have not recieved anything from them, e-mail, call, nothing. Their "contact form" is a joke. All you get is a computerized generated e-mail saying within 24 hours someone will address the concern, well no one does. My e-mails, never got answered, so I made a phone call approx. on 9/14/14 to costumer service. The man who answered the phone, could not have been more rude. I calmly asked him what is the status of the dress I ordered. He was extremely rude saying, he didn't know and actually he didn't care!! he went on to say that they had 1300 catalogs out there and can't keep tract of everyone's items!! Wow, I asked him since it was paid for when ordered and all the info was in front of him, should I now just place an order for it again. He said no because we will charge you again. I asked him how can I find out the status or the order and recieve it. He said he didn't know and it wasn't his problem. He said goodbye and hung up. WTH was that?

I noticed a week ago I had a refund of the amount of the dress in the bank, of course nothing about the shipping charges for their mistake. I have given up pretty much on getting the dress. Now, two days ago while checking my bank statement, I saw that Pyramid Collections took out 14.95 from my acct for some VIP thing. I called them up, different number than the costumer service. I asked the woman what it was and why was it taken out of my bank. I was told that when someone places their first order they are enrolled into a VIP club and pay 14.95 a month in order to get 10% off of items. WTH, I told her that I didn't agree to this, I can't get my order to begin with and in order to pay for the monthly 14.95 charge one would have to order at least 149.95 worth of stuff a month, that's crazy. She said she would disenroll me and I wouldn't have to pay and the 14.95 would not come out of my bank. I checked my account yesterday and it sure did come out. I sent an e-mail back to the place and wanted to know about the 14.95 being taken out. I received an e-mail back saying "it won't come out, it's just ready too and it will be returned in 7-10 days, if not I can call them." WTH does that mean, it's out according to the bank, to them it's "kind of out, but won't be fully taken out?" Today I said hell with it and sent back the dress they sent (the one on back order) along with a 4 page letter addressed to President of Company, Owner, Supervisor, or To Whom It May Concern. I couldn't find out who owns it, runs it or who is in charge when I looked on the net. The letter addressed the 4 reasons I was sending the unused dress back, the experiences that I've had as a first time costumer of theirs, what I expected and why I would never order from them again. God knows what will happen with this return. Will I get refunded, who knows?

Any decent company would not put their costumers through all this. If it was not right and corrected asap, many companies would have refunded the entire amount of the dress and shipping. Many companies would have also sent the dress that was wanted as an apology.

PEOPLE RUN, DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS WITH THIS RIP OFF COMPANY

Nothing unusual to begin with. Ordered clothing online. Got half of the order. Other half was backordered. After three months with no word on when the BO item would be shipped, I contacted Pyramid to see what the story was. No personal contact, only a vague email about trading one item for another since backordered item was out of stock. Traded item.

Sent three emails w new Item number. Never recieved confirmation. Asked for confirmation. All I got was more adds to buy more products. No Confirmation. Requested confirmation. Again, no confirmation. Asked for personal assistance. Reply was standard email confirming that someone would contact me within 1 business day. No one has contacted me.

After almost six months of this, its apparent that I will never recieve a refund or the item requested. Although it is admittedly a small amount, only $60.00, I don't want anyone else to get ripped off by this psudo-buisness-scam.

I ordered the Witching Hour dress for my wedding. It was not in stock when I ordered it, but on the drop down menu for the sizes it said "Due in Stock Soon." I ordered the dress toward the middle of March and my wedding is not until the end of this coming June, so because of the "due in stock soon" message, I figured the dress would be in before the wedding since it was several months away. I get an email about two weeks later tellling me that they were sending me the shoes and the choker I asked for, which was good. However, they had shipped the Maleficent costume dress instead of the Witching Hour dress. I emailed customer service and told them I did not order that dress and I asked them to send the right one. They responded to my email telling me I HAD ordered the Maleficent Dress and that I would have to send it back if I wanted a refund. I emailed them back asking if the dress I ordered was in stock, but they never responded. I was annoyed, so I called customer service and asked the lady to help me. She told me to send the Maleficent dress back and they would send me the right one when it came in stock. She said it would be in stock in about 4-5 weeks, which was fine since the wedding was still so far off. However, I checked the status of the dress, and the "due in stock soon" had changed to "Due in Stock 8/1/2014," over a month after my wedding. I was livid, so I tried to enter my order number into their website in order to cancel the dress order, but my order number wouldn't work, and it kept giving me the message, "We Are Unable to Complete Your Request at this Time, Please Try Again Later or Call Customer Service at (insert number here)." Even more livid, I called customer service and told the lady to cancel my order, which she did. I thought things were all right because I found a new dress on a different site, but now I've discovered the shoes I ordered from the site only about a month ago are already falling apart. I've barely worn them. They cost me 60 dollars. My advice? Don't give this company your money. They have awful customer service, their products are cheap, and they never stock anything.

I bought a dress, and they offered free shipping. What I didn't know is that by taking free shipping they automatically enrolled me in a automatic bedit of $13 per month. I had to call my bank to disoute the charges because they wouldn't refund me. My bank said this scam is common, but they shoudn't get away with this.
