I have now investigated online that this company may in fact be lying in regards to the Default. I have received notice in April on several dates describing different amounts due, all under $4,000. When I asked for the correct amount it took them near 2 weeks now July and the amount had risen to over $20,000. When I asked about the descrepency in amounts the gentlman said he didnt want to get into a "debate" but gave me a phone number of "Chase". I immediately called the number which was the Customer Care dept about Foreclourses. The young lady looked and said that they "in fact" do not have my address in foreclousre. I asked her then to look for my second and she said there wasn't any showing. My first is modified with Chase. Then "who" if any owns my second? How do I find if there is a second in foreclousre proceedings and if there is none, what "must" be done to get a cease and desist or even file a lawsuit on my behave against the sale pending and for recovery of pain and suffering.
