THIS MAN IS A SNAKE AND HE HAS TRIED TO TRAIN HIS PEOPLE TO BE SNAKES AND LIARS AS WELL. He has practiced living off the misery of others in the guise of being helpful in their time of need. His company Quality One Exteriors, LLC does not hire the best as they claim, some of their sub contract workers are randomly found companies with the best price, in some cases never even requiring some kind of portfolio to have them working on un-suspecting clients homes. Training their salespeople to always tell the client these guys are the best, been using them for years, etc, etc.
As for an employer Mr. Whitt believes he has "beaten the system" in hiring Sub Contractors but forcing them to work and act as full time employees without any kind of required benefits.
He has effectively stolen from every salesperson he has "contracted" to the date of this writing and the authors knowledge, and lord only knows how many he has threatened and "terminated" only for them to find out that the "full payment" promised will be less than half with addtional charges included and additional deductions.
Any and all communication or discussion will be met with a "I am not speaking on this" attitude, threats of lawyers and verbal abuse. Quality One Exteriors Cannot and SHOULD not be trusted with your most valueable assets, your home and your time.
If they have lured you in with the promise of work hard and you will be rewarded DO NOT BE FOOLED. At the last second all of your hard work and loyalty will be turned on you and you will be left in the cold with nothing.

Let me start by saying it saddens me that any action my company has taken would drive an individual to post this slander, rhetoric and propaganda. I am even more saddened by the distaste used by the author in his dialogue. I find it disheartening to know that a person has the ability to try and tarnish an individual or company's reputation without being first screened to determine its accuracy or immediately held accountable for their remarks. Anyone who has the audacity to try and dismantle a company via a website yet fails to reveal their true identity by remaining "anonymous" is either bearing false witness or is a coward and afraid that they will be publically reprimanded and ultimately prosecuted for defamation on one’s character.
Although the author may believe that they can remain anonymous, they cannot. Let it be known, that we are pursuing every avenue we have at our disposal to the full extent of the law in having this report removed and/or de-indexed to protect our reputation. No matter what the outcome regarding the status of the report, the identity of the author will be revealed through a subpoena and that same author will then be prosecuted for defamation of character. This I promise to be true.
Now regarding the report itself, I find it discouraging that a person or competing company may post false remarks regarding my company’s tradesmen, our structure or contractual agreements made between either of the two parties on a consumer protection site. This site serves a positive purpose in providing consumers the opportunity to voice their opinion about a company in the event that they were treated unfairly. However, this site was not intended to provide a voice for competitors trying to tarnish the reputation of a company by posing as a consumer or former company affiliate nor was it intended to be an outlet for disgruntled former company affiliates to voice their views or opinions about the separation of their active status with said company and how they feel it should have transpired. It was most definitely not intended to allow false accusations to be made public by a former independent, free-lance, sub-contractor, one who was only affiliated with my organization for an unsubstantial amount of time, having no real knowledge of my company’s internal or external operations, myself or the company's history in the industry my we operates in, the awards and accolades for customer service, satisfaction and integrity I have been recognized for in my community and throughout the country, nor does said individual know about the positive rating my company has throughout the industry, the countless positive testimonials by satisfied customers, the many positive letters, emails or plaques on my wall from a former President of our great nation or thankful team members and clients who have dealt with me and company.
I have reason to believe we have accurately identified the individual who drafted the erroneous report which spawned this rebuttal and although that individual shows his lack of professionalism, lack of character and overall lack of concern for another’s wellbeing by listing my company's name as well as my legal name publically I will not lower myself to his standards by publically listing him on this site. However, as stated earlier in this message I have turned this matter over to our legal department and the individual I referenced above will be listed publically once the discovery report is obtained as a result of the subpoena we are motioning for and that same individual will suffer the consequences for his defamation of my character. You see the same laws that allow this individual to remain "anonymous" in the beginning are a part of the same group of laws that allow us to reveal his identity and prosecute him criminally for his actions in the end.
I would like to say that I will not go line for line rebutting each accusation that was listed in the original complaint. I find it a waste of time. They are all FALSE. We know who we are and so does the general public. We are a small, family owned company who has operated ethically in all matters. What this individual should have been listing was all of the good things we did for him.
He came to us in need of an opportunity, having very little to offer and we supported him financially to the best of our ability while providing him an opportunity to better his life by sub-contracting for us in an industry that requires one to set their own schedule, cultivate their own leads, put in countless hours developing relationships with potential prospects in hopes of generating an income and starting down a path of financial independence. Most of us accomplished this task, myself included through hard work, dedication and countless years of service to the storm restoration industry. Unfortunately he was unable to make this opportunity work for himself and he ultimately found himself back where he started, looking for a different opportunity to make something of his life.
It is common to pass blame on others for ones failures in life so I can’t say that I am surprised by the comments made by the author of this complaint. In today’s mindset of entitlement and selfishness though actions leaving one to believe that they deserve something for nothing it is understandable that one may fire off from the mouth or ramble on a website like a dog barking foolishly on the corner. But just as his actions failed to produce a plentiful harvest for himself during the time he was affiliated with my company I think he will realize that once his identity is made known it will be hard for other companies to hire him in fear that they too may find themselves in the position similar to mine having to rebut childish accusations should he fail to take advantage of the opportunities they may offer him only to find himself again starting over after another failure.

Wouldn't you think that if any of the negative comments made against us in this report were true that you would find several complaints against us on multiple platforms around the web? However, you don't. Instead you will find an abundance of positive information about us. Things ranging from our outstanding BBB report, to our long term commitment of customer service, satisfaction and overall mission in treating everyone we interact with as fairly as possible. You will also discover that we are a Chamber of Commerce member, National Roofing Contractors Association member, licensed, bonded and insured. We carry certifications through the CertainTeed roofing products we install that justify who we claim to be and what we are capable of accomplishing for our clients. We have several national accounts with big name supply companies that would attest to our fair and balanced company structure as well as our integrity and the honesty we bring to the table when having any interactions with customers, tradesmen or industry affiliates. We are one of the premier restoration contractor in this industry and I know that our reputation, service and countless positive testimonials by our customers, fellow tradesmen and industry affiliates will shine far brighter than this childish complaint.
Please use your own mind to judge my company, my staff and myself.
