I decided to take proactive measures to deal with this company. They send letters saying :
"You have been awarded a check or cash." "You must reply to this notice to receive your confirmed funds." "Money has definitely beem awarded to you." "Please enclose your confirmation $20.00 fee, payable to F.R.S. and mail it with your confirmation form in the envelope provided within 10 days." etc. etc.
At first, I thought it might be a scheme, wanting to get your checking account information. However, it was stated the $20.00 could be sent in by money order. I had to call my Brother-in-Law, a CPA, to ask if this could be the real deal. I was fortunate to have that option and did not reply.
I am a senior citizen, disabled, and on limited funds. My rights under Federal Law are protected, as are all other individuals.
Please investigate this company as they are nothing but scams, taking advantage of others. They are nothing but predators that need to be stopped! They are breaking the law!
