Ordered a code for a Land Rover radio. Provided them with the serial number. 2 days later they sent me the last 5 digits of the serial number instead of the real code. The code can only contain digits 1 through 7. Their code contained a 9, which is not even possible to enter on the LR radio. I contacted them with the issue - no response. Opened a payPal case, but they do not dispute virtual goods. I got the correct radio code from Becker(the radio manufacturer) as well someone on a LR forum later gave me the right code for free. If you they want to run an unlocking service why not get the correct software and actually provide real codes? I do not understand, what is the point of their business model?

I will love to make a report of the day rip off activities of Radio code Dats wat the company is called. It's over two weeks now that I made a PayPal payment of about 26 dollars to get a new code for my vehicle as I speak no response from the company no refund and no code. Now contacting the company is impossible, I made to believe right now that they are scam.

I need this code urgently, in d past 5 days I have sent of 5 mails to no avail.

This company is a total rip-off and Paypal is allowing them to do. They said that they could provide me with a radio code for my car but they sent me the wrong code just like they did to another site user. They then went on to ignore my request for a refund also after I had to get the code elsewhere.

This is a warning to all those who think that when they use a company such as Paypal that they will be protected from these rip-off artists...wrong!!! Paypal says that they do not protect virtual transactions, only goods that a physically deliverable. So at the end of the day these guys send you some code that they say will work and it does not, then they ignore you when you complain, then you file a paypal dispute, then you get told that that's just tough luck because your transaction wasn't physical.

Stay away from these people and just go and pay some physical person to retrieve your code.

I ordered a radio code to unlock my car stereo. The radio code received did not unlock my stereo. I orderd express service, to obtain the code in 1 hour. It arrived in about 24 hours. I sent an email requesting a refund, the company did not reply.I disputed the charge with paypal, who ended up being their pal and did not rule in my favor.

So, I was charged for a radio code that didn't work and express service that did not come with in the 1 hour promised time frame.Pursuing credit card company to start a dispute claim with the company.

I ended up getting the correct code from the dealership, so I can prove they gave me a bad code.
