MR SALVIANI TOLD ME HE WOULD HAVE PUBLISH MY BOOK FOR ME FOR A COST. HE SAIS THE BOOK WOULD HAVE BEING PUBLISH IN APRIL. I KEEP CONTACTING HIM AND HE IS NOT REPLING TO ME TO LET ME KNOW ANYTHING. I DID SIGN A CONTRACT WITH HIM WHICH BY HIS ATTITUDE TOWARDS THIS PROJECT WOULD STATES THAT HE HAD ALREADY BROKEN SUCH AGREEMENT

Once upon a time I had a dream, I wanted to become a writer and I thought I met the right person.

I am talking about Adam Salviani of Raider Publishing International, he was kind and always telling me how good I was.

The truth, he is a villain disguised as Prince Charming and I fell for his scam.

What I have now is an empty wallet and a bag full of shame and shattered dreams.

I entered in to a contract with Raider Publishing International in Nov. 2011 and in the first 2-3 months they communicated with me & it appeared that all was progressing. I had paid in excess on $4,000 USD in advance to ensure that there would be no delays, etc. They also gave me a guarantee that my book would be published in hard back & E book within 90 days. Within the contract some of the areas that they were to contractually do were:

- Editing / proof reading.

- Book cover design.

- Website design.

- Marketing / Promotion, etc.

- Book signing / speaking finctions.

- Personal Assistant.

- Quarterly royalty payments.

In short, all of the above was outsourced / paid for by myself as RPI didn't do anything. I had 5 different assistants all of whom I had to re-visit / walk them through the process as they had no idea what was happening & all these assistants left RPI as a result of simply not being comfortable working with RPI. No royalty payments have been paid to me in 18 months - Period ! I have sent multiple e-mails / phone calls over the entire period & have all hard copy correspondence supporting this. I haven't heard any response now for over 4 months.

As such, I have sought legal action & will be terminating the contract within 48 hrs. of this notice posted & seeking through the NY courts compensation for all monies initially paid, plus other related costs / damages related to credibility, etc. At present they owe me in excess of $100,000 USD. I'm sure in response, they will as is predicted deny everything & so be it. What I do know, is that denial will not win - Evidence presented will demonstrate 100 % that my case is valid & correct on all counts & a court would lean in favor of RPI / Adam Salviani paying in full what I am entitled to.

If there is anyone out there that has a contact / lawyer in NY that could assist with submitting the appropriate documents in court for action to be taken, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm not surprised but saddened to see that there a number of others who have also been victims of RPI's breach of contract. RPI are not only doing long term damage to themselves / clients, but also to the publishing industry in general. RPI need to be made accountable for there actions totally & should be prevented from ever doing any form of business as soon as possible to prevent anyone else becoming a victim. This not only is RPI but the sole director - Adam Salviani ! Many thanks.
