Having problems with water company in Ramona, they never bill the same date each time. I'm in my late sixties and have painful back problems and was on pain meds, I need surgery. I didn't notice the date on the water bill in time. I thought it was on the first. It's a surprise each time. I was two days late so they charged me with a twenty dollar late fee. the reason was they charged it this time in the middle of the month when I receive social security on the third of month. They didn't allow me to make payment arrangements. I have been fixing the plumbing these last two weeks which is taking all of my money. I had paid them $100 dollars leaving the balance of $67 of late fees and balance of forty seven dollars. They said they can't forgive me or do anything for me. They called and said they were going to shut off my water and charge me more charges over $100 dollars fees. The social security doesn't give out an advancements. I'm having a hard time with medical and buying my insulin. I think they are mean and don't care about their customers. So now Im paying more late fees and will not have money for thanksgiving nor groceries. I have already borrowed on pay advance loans this month. They don't take credit cards.
