Magnificent goods from you, man. I have understand your stuff prvieous to and you're just too great. I really like what you've acquired here, certainly like what you're stating and the way in which you say it. You make it entertaining and you still take care of to keep it wise. I can't wait to read much more from you. This is actually a tremendous web site.

I would like to just summarize why I am writing this rip off report because I am too ""incensed"" to even discuss this. My experience working at Randstad was short and bittersweet. I will seperate how it was with days and bullet points discussing what happened.

Monday: Orientation

-Started at 6:15pm instead of 5:30pm.

-Asked three employees about Orientation. Only one employee helped me out. However, all three employees had me wait for a total of almost 50 minutes.

- Was unaware about dress code during the phone call with one of the Randstad employees. This caused me to have lots of problems, the security guards constantly staring/ watch me. The result was that I had to put everything (even my nose drop/ inhaler that I need because I have asthma) in the locker on ""ORIENTATION DAY!"" Also, a security guard took my notes (because he thought that I wrote some confidental information down) and had to take me to a nearby room to cut the pants off my pockets (My mother was not very happy about that. Experienced drama on the first day when a woman was going on about how somebody stole EVERYTHING from her locker.

-Orientation was drawn out/ boring.

-Everyone was treated like a convict that day. (Randstad TRUSTS nobody EVEN if your record is clean)

-Employees making me uncomfortable and some of the workers were a bunch of jerks.

*The only good thing that happened was that I met two new people and got started on my assignment for work.

Tuesday:Traning/ work day.

-Security guard was of no help to me when a food machine took my money. He had me fill out a useless piece of paper in red pen. (Gee thanks)

-The waiting room is not safe at all. Too many things happen in there.

-Could not change hours for work to make it to my last day of business class for a business plan presentation. (I had to miss work and pay on that day)

*Better day at work I guess.

Wednesday:

-Difficulty trying to figure out who to call to report absence. (Called multiple numbers because the number that was given to me, would not accept the phone numbers of the Randstad employees. RIDICULOUS!

-Did not get paid that day. :_(

Thrusday:

-A much better day but I STILL do not feel comfortable or safe.

Friday:

-Off day.

Saturday:

-2nd shift workers were dismissed early!? Pardon me but one of the Randstad employees told me that the job ends at the END OF MAY!!!! This caused me to only get paid for the four days I worked. They announced the news just after several minutes of our shift ending!?

-Some Randstad employees laughed their butts off at the news. (How unprofessional!)

-Not a lot of happy employees due to the news.

Sunday:

-A very very disgruntled employee. I wanted to be put on the do not call list.

To make a long story short, no what to except when you work at Randstad. My experience consisted of the following:

-Lack of communication from job recruiter regarding the 2nd shift job/ orientation dress code.

-My new pair of pants are ruined.

-My new job ended when I just started after four days of work.

-The security guards make me uncomfortable/ hate my new job. (Most of them are unprofessional)

-I felt like a criminal the whole time working there.

-Unprofessional Randstad employees (majority but not all thank God)

-Did not feel safe at all.

-Dirty workstation and dirty workplace all around.

-Takes way too long to get in contact with the company about anything.

-The emergency procedure to fill out 23 pages of paperwork is nonsense!

-Lockers are unsecure and your stuff will be stolen in minutes.

Final verdict: C-

It escapes a lower grade because I did learn a lot from Randstad and I do thank them for the experience. Hopefully, Randstad improves over time but as of right now, I unfournately got screwed and have to wait ( along with the other screwed 2nd shift employees) til THRUSDAY for my pay.

My final response: ""It was just a lesson that I had to learn"" NEVER AGAIN! THAT WAS THE WORST ORIENTATION EVER!!!
