I ordered a series of at-home STD test kits from RapidSTDTestKits.com. The test kits represented on website are FDA approved, but the test kits sent are substitutes (Home-Bio-Test) which are manufactured abroad and NOT approved for distribution in the U.S. Entirely different item.
The product, rather than being sent to the i'Send To' party, was sent to the 'Bill To' party. I e-mailed the company several times to rectify the shipping error, and then clarify the disparity between product represented and product sent, and received no responses. ZERO.
I returned the product for refund to the address specified on the packing slip, and there has neither been any communication nor a refund. Not only is this a ripoff, it's a dangerous fraud...people trust the product to safely identify the presence of STD's, some of which are potentially lethal, and these kits aren't approved for use in the United States. They should be prosecuted.
