For a very impartial indication of his character, check the San Diego Superior Court website. There you will find the many times he has been sued. I did not sue him because it would do no good, but he owes me around 9K for a job he didn't finish. Also, check under his one of his business names, "Assisted Management," and his wife's name, "Caitlin Cancel." By now I'm sure he has created other business entities to confuse the matter. Karma will have a serious challenge when she finally catches up with him. He has cost so many people their hard earned wages I wish him nothing trouble and pain.
Ray Deluca came to my dealership acting like he was looking for a trailer to buy. After several visits he said he could help me with my advertising. He came in and said his company, Assisted Management, had a deal from Google that they could offer $9000 worth of Google Adwords for $6500.00. This seemed like a no brainer. He presented contracts and even pictures from Google.
After paying him he tried to sell me URL's pertaining to my industry that were worth about $150 total for another $6000.00. This was a coinsidence to me since it was about a month after I wrote him the first check and I had not seen any account information with Google AdWords yet. I started pressing him for use of the Adwords immediatley. More than 7 months have passed with no Adwords or account information from him. He has always used family tragedies as an excuse. He has changed his cell phone number at least three times. Every time I do get ahold of him, he says he is promising the money will be in my Goggle account by Friday. It has been 28 Fridays.
I would steer clear of Ray. He is a liar. He is a theif. He is a con artist. I am a start up business and will be sueing him for the Adwords and the lost income from not being able to advertise.
Ray Deluca is a con artist, he is not: a technology guy, developer, network admin, software guy, business partner, investor, advisor or a friend. He will pretend to be all of these things, just so he can get you to do work for him and not pay you. He talks the talk, but all he does it take your money and time. Dont be fooled by his talk as he is a great at BSing. He will sound like he knows what he is doing, but he doesn't. He will lie to you and take your money. I have seen dozens of people get screwed by the guy. Dont work for him as he will not pay you and get you to continue to work for him or he will not pay your back pay. I have seen people go months with the promise of pay and never see a dime from him as he takes money from clients. I dont know what he does with the money he has stolen, but I know for a fact that he as stolen over $200,000 in the past few years.

He never paid me thousands of dollars in wages as well as other employees. I personally know 3 other people he has scammed and ripped off. 1 employee that was not paid (thousands) and 2 start up business owners he stole 9K worth of adwords advertising dollars that he kept instead of using. I also personally know that he does not pay his rent, he gets into places and doesn't pay landlord becuase he has a "better lawyer". He burns everyone he comes into contact with.
Beyond my own experience with him, you can read the other reviews on here and theyt are the same consistent story; multiple accounts of other misfortunate people that have interacted with him and he ran with the money.

Then to cover his tracks he constantly changes addresses and cell phones. He had a security camera from his office that shows approaching poeple that I thought at the time was just for fun but its for poeple that are after him. There are a lot of poeple looking for him.
He is from South Windsor, Connecticut but has lived in San Diego for years. He is 6' 5" and weighs around 350lb, bald head, goatee facial hair. I have no knowlege of him doing legitimate business. His wifes name is caitlin cancel and works for "Miramar Collision Center" or "Fix Auto Miramar" fixauto.com that have several locations in SD.
