On or about September, of 2013 I was being victimized By the city of Reading Water Authority and others acting in a conspiracy and retaliation for my having a federal suit. The City of Readiing water authoriy and others,currently and formerly engaged in a systematic ond a officially sanctioned campiagn of gang stalking to defeat my lawsuit filed in the Eastern District court of New York. (1:12-cv-06262)The type of harrasment used against me is called gang-stalking which is a covert government, police,or corporation operation designed to destroy targets and individuals like myself. Gang stalking is a method by a group of people in order to harass or demean them on a consistent and perpetual basis over an extended period of time. This continuing conspiracy with this municipality to raise my utility bills to drain me financially. On or about september of 2013 upon information and belief they were conspiring to contaminate my drinking water by forcibly demanding access to my home to change a water meter that did not need to be changed.They gave me a 5 day notice and turned off the water and charged me 224 dollars for the turn off. Then they send the ordinance people to place a sticker on my door ordering me to vacate my premises for not having running water, and imposed a fee of 150 dollars to remove the sticker. When I refused to pay these fees they summonsed me in to the common pleas court to pay a fine of 600 dollars for having no water during the period they kept me without water. Although the judge dismissed the fine its now 6 months later and again they are threatening to torn my water off again if I dont pay them 345 dollars by March 26 2014 for the illegal turn-off back in September.
