Real-Clear.com has, for many months now, been stealing designs that we created for our clients. As of today, March 13, 2015, we are still trying to get our design work removed from Stuart Hill's website. Since December 3, 2014 we have filed more than one DMCA complaint against them as a result. Since then, we have heard from several real estate agents who have been lured by real-clear.com and suffered financial harm. We are not the only company that Real-Clear.com is in breach of copyright with. We first found out about them from another graphic artist whose work was being stolen and used in their email campaigns and have spoken to others whose work is being abused by Real-Clear.com.

Rip Off Guy "Stuart Hill" of Real-Clear is a criminal running spam emails to dicounted Branding for Realtors and others!!!
His portfolio is not his and belongs to others!! He reeled me in and after the payment the sales receipt had no explaination of the work to be provided and when completetions would be.. I requested that immediatly! then after he made excuses for his website being down is why i could not see his work, or that he was going to send references from my company emplyess he worked with, which never arrived! I then requested immediatly a stop to everthing untill I further investigated him and his company.. I found him on this rip off report and was so frustrated. He did email me that he was crediting me my money but to date i have not heard from him or received refund. I called my bank card and have now disputed... I hired him 12/4/14, fired him 2 hours later and as of 1/29/15 no comment from him.
I do have a temporay credit untill the credit card company gets his comments on the deal.. I "DO" have the email stating he will credit me back(and all the other comminications including his portfolio) and all the correspondence from him vie email and calles made to him...
