You should have taken CourseProvider's prep course.. www.CourseProvider.ca

Its sucks that you were scammed out of your money man.. saying that, if you are still looking for a prep course to help you pass then check out courseprovider.ca

Super easy course and cheap. I did have to put in effort and study all the questions and read content but the reward was worth it. I got over 80 on the exam.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this man like the plague! (or actually, he lacks even the basic amount of integrity to be called a man, so lets just refer to him as a homo sapien)

A neighbour (lets call him Sam) went to him for his ""tutoring service"" (displaying an uncharacterisitic lapse of judgment), and paid over $1000 for 3 sets of course preparation materials. Being a recent South Asian immigrant with language barriers, he was naturally apprehensive of the OREA real estate college exams, and wanted any help he could get. Quazi, eager to take his money, promised the world. It was all hunky dory, flowers and ponies before he received the money, said that Sam would pass the exam with flying colours.

Well, the course content turned out to be garbage, and completely useless to my friend's preparation efforts (surprise, surprise). There were actually free OREA exam training at numerous brokerages eager to solicit representatives. Quazi was adamant that he would not refund the money, apparently the contract said no refund, but it was not provided to Sam until AFTER he paid all that money. Numerous telephone exchanges after making the regretful decision proved fruitless.

Quazi would ignore his calls and messages, in the end Sam stopped going to the ""tutoring sessions"" altogether because this unscrupulous homo sapien was so frustrating to deal with. I suggested that Sam seek the help of a lawyer and take Quazi to court. But he told me that the guy had his OREA student number, and he was afraid that Quazi would report him or something. This whole ordeal made me so angry, and even more frustrating to think that Quazi probably scams vulnerable populations like immigrants who are too scared (or are too cash-strapped) to take any legal action.

So if you intend on paying Quazi for anything, think deep and hard before committing to your decision. This guy is a complete con artist. I suspect he suffers psychopathic symptoms, or at least anti-social personality disorder (as in he is completely devoid of any moral code). He is a pathological liar who is conning and manipulative, and has a callous disregard for the rights and general welfare of others. This disgusting human is parasitic and preys on people who are eager to get a fresh start in life by getting their real estate license but are too intimidated by all the formalities.

It is so unfortunate and depressing to think that people like this can get away with scamming the sh** out of poor people without any repercussions, but hey, welcome to life. All of your people who have been exploited by him, speak out! I'm in no position as a bystander to take him to court but if you have, you completely have a legitimate stake in taking him to court. Or better yet, just stay away from this psychopath.

And there are a bunch of other people who had similar complaints about this piece of scum:
