We received an email about our extended warranty had expired on our 2004 Ford. The salesperson convinced me to purchased their policy of coverage. When I found out it wasn't the right company, which we have for our Ford I call them back and requested a refund and to cancel the policy. After several minutes the CSR paying no attention to my request I hung up. Thinking this would be over I did nothing else. Then when we received our statement from our credit card it showed another payment had been paid. I disputed both charge now the credit card company is requesting a bunch of papers we never had. So it's the same as always; Big company wins dispute because big company requested a lot of paperwork the customer never had.
Called and wanted to sell a car warranty by phone. Who sells car warranty's by phone and not get it in writing. Would never have given my information by phone.
