I was contacted by a gentleman called Bob Williams and he informed that he worked for a company called Red Door mergers and that they were interested in buying my shares in a company called Delmedica. He sewnt me an email with a non disclosure form and told me that before he could give me any more detials that I would have to sign said form and return it to him. I did this and then i was told that Phillips was buying out Delmedica and that I would be paid $8.40 per share I held. I found this all too good to be true and I ws given a contact phone number for a perosn who had already gone thorugh the sale procedure so that I could confirm that this buy out was inb fact true. I contacted the man who was suposedly from Tasmania and after talking to him he told me that he recieved his money once he paid an extra amount of money so that his shares could be changed from resricted to unrestricted, this cost 50 cents per share and in my case this would cost me $2000. As this point Bob had not mentioned anything to me about any cost such as this but when I spoke to him next I asked if I had any costs to sell my shares and it was at this point he told me it was dependant if my shares were restricted or not. He told me he would check with legal if my shares were as such and he told me to check my share certificate and that it would state on the back of the certificate if my shares were restricted or not.. Next time he contacted he told that according to Legal department my shares were restricted and as such would encur the fee to unrestrict them. I had checked my share certificate and there was no mention of my shares being restricted. I told Bob this and he seemed to not believe me so I emailed a copy of the back of my certificate to him as proof. I have since then not heard from Bob in the past 2 weeks so I can only sumise that this was all a scam to get me to pay them for this so called un restricting of the shares I own. I have also tried on numerous occasions to phone the man in Tasmania who supposedly had recieved his money but the phone never answers but just gets redirected to another number and this number rings out. So be careful if you are contacted by this man or anyone else from Red Door mergers trying to get you to pay to get your shares unrestricted.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

So this "securities" company calls my mobile and advises I need to act quickly if I want to sell my shares in Sysco because of their impending merger with US Foods.

I hung up.

I have no shares in Sysco.
