Redcone Property Services, Pressure Cleaning, Painting Reviews

I am a Property Manager and I received an email from my Board President stating that this company had left their business cards/flyers on several of homeowners vehicles within the community. It was raining that day and the business card/flyers were stuck on the windsheild of the vehicles. Several homeowners reported that they had issues trying to remove the residue from the card/flyer paper from their vehicles even one week later. I, in a proactive approach tried to send this company a certified letter in the mail advising them not to solicit within the community as it was not acceptable, but when I tried to locate their "corporate" mailing address I could not find anything. So I decided to call them directly and ask for the address.

The first number I called (954) 825-6009 rang an then just mysterioulsy hung up on me, and when I tried a second time it did the same thing. i then tried the (305) 814-6006 number and it was a google voice number. I proceeded to leave a message asking them to phone me. About 15 minutes later I received a call back. When I asked the man on the phone what the corporate address was he proceeded to tell me that there is no corporate office. The "office" is run out of the owners home in Southwest Ranches and he would need to contact him directly to see if he can give me his address. I said ok, fine, not a problem. i will await his call. About another 15 minuted later I received a phone call from a lady named Shannon. She seemed very defensive and questioned me in regards to why I needed the corporate address. i proceeded to inform her what had happended in one of my communities and that this behavior/solicitation is not acceptable. I pleaded to her that I just wanted to send them written notifiaction that solicitation is not warranted in this development/community. She then began talking very loudly and stated that solicitation is not illegal and that she knows the law as she is a business owner!

Needless to say her behavior was very unprofessional and it was clear to me that at that point I was dealing with a "company" that was not legitimate. I realized that I was not going to get anywhere in the conversation with Shannon, so I decided to hang up and do something a little more productive than argue with her and that is when I decided to leave this report. To everyone and anyone reading this, please stay clear from this so called company. they seem very shady and I would not give them any of my hard earned money!
