One of our employees fell for their scam. We received the toner, then asked to return toner. This part was all over the phone.
Later, we emailed them to receive the return label. Finally, we were able to return the toner. This part was all done in early september. Now here we are towards the end of october, and they won't stop sending us statements in the mail. We already returned the toner with the return label they emailed us.
They take forever to respond to any kind of request, because they don't wake up until at least till noon to go to work. If you do happen to get in contact with them, they only request the name of the person they talked to that got tricked into the scam.
We have caller id on our phones at our company. We see when they are trying to call and scam you now. For any future company seeing this review..Do not pick up, if you see anything regarding us imaging. They have multiple outlets they try to call and scam you with.
Also, if you look up the address they have in van nuys, ca on google maps. It is a sketchy apartment complex in the middle of no where.. This picture summed up everything in one glance.
Companies like this need to be shut down. It is pathetic that this is what they do for a living.
