My husband worked for this company for 2 years. He never liked the way this company conducted business, But it paid the bills. He still gets calls from customers asking for him personally. ( homeowners saved his cellphone#) he quit last year, gave them a 3 week notice. after the 3 weeks he was told he would not get paid till the 3 month warranty for each of his customers had pasted, because he was responible for them. My husband was upset and came to an agreement and only got paid little less then half his pay. Every check was also a reimbursement for the amount spent of the parts he used.
So, 3 months have pasted and now his supervisor is stating that there is some funny things going on with his last batch of paper work he submitted. He was told he was not going to be paid the last $3,500.00 of his pay check. & he is lucky if they (owners of reliable) dont sue him. My husband has called corp office and they now nothing about that situation and he needs to deal with the situation with his supervisor. My husband is a honest man. hes not a crook. He left reliable because of the pressure of having to bill Homeowners high. I believe we have been blessed for his honesty with a amazing job.
