I have rented from 5 different rental companies over the past 7 years, and have to say this is the worst company I have ever rented from. If you have a lease with them... DONT RE-SIGN!! If you are considering renting from them... RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! These people are nothing but criminals. The manager is extremely unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to work with anyone on problems. All they care about is stealing more of your money. If you are currently stuck in one of their properties, document everything. If you have a utility person come out, don't let them leave without them telling you and signing something that says what was wrong. They will say nothing was wrong and charge you for the visit if you don't get some kind of documentation. Be very careful with AC units, this is where they make their money. Write follow up emails to confirm what they said on the phone is true. Which you will find that most of the time it’s all lies they tell you on the phone since it’s not recorded or written down, they can say whatever they want. Do not trust anything these liars say!!! And be very careful when you move out, they will do everything they can to keep your whole deposit. If you haven't taken the time, please go to the BBB website and file a complaint against them. They have an A+ rating that us tenants know they don't deserve...
As for the owners of these properties.... Fire Them!!!! They promise to do yearly inspections on your properties to not let them get destroyed... Big time lie there! Rented one of their properties for multiple years and they never once did an inspection. There is also constant turnover there, most likely from people that have a conscious and can't stomach working for criminals anymore. The whole staff had changed from when we first rented to when we left. Owners do yourself a favor and read the tenant comments, if no one wants to rent from them then it doesn't matter how good they are to you...
This company has now stolen over $2000 from us. We were ntohing but good renters from them, and always paid on time. So to reward us they lied to us constantly over 3 years, raised our rent, dragged their feet on every maintenance request, and stole our entire security deposit through bogus claims that are nearly impossible to refute.
