As an owner I would NEVER use this place again. Susan (the owner) does not know how to manage a company. If you call you will only be able to talk to a person whose only job is to answer the phone. Forget getting anything done. It isn't anyones job other than Susan. Forget about talking to anyone that can do anything. Good luck just getting a hold of the person who only answers phones. Terrible!
I haven't gotten a monthly statement in 4 months. I had tenants who didn't pay rent and they didn't start the eviction process for 40 days (after two negative bank drafts). I had to keep calling and asking if they had heard from them. They had not and only attempted to do so by letter. I asked to be called back multiple times and they never did. I had to figure out myself that they tenants were gone. They still are refusing to give me the deposit. It has been almost two months. I would never use this company again.
The new property manager I called said I am the second person that week to call them that was coming from Remax. That was on a Tuesday. Susan Quinones is pathetic. Look her up on the Texas Broker Licensing website. She is getting fined left and right for blatant violations. If you use them file a complaint!
