He aslo tried to keep my car in his storage so he can charge storage fees. After talking to him the first time he would not pick up my phone calls.
I tried calling him countless times the second I called from a different number he picked right up. I went down there with my 70 year old handicapped father inlaw and Rich was yelling at the top of his lungs at him for no reason at all. His unwarranted disrepecting behavior was like nothing I have ever seen in my life. There was absolutely no reason for him to act so horrible. I dont know why he still has a connecticut state tow contract.
