Renters Warehouse Reviews

This is the company that does all the advertising for property management so some people are unaware there are many other choices out there. I don't believe people should even consider giving this company a chance.

I had the misfortune of having Nick Vetters as an agent. He took a very poor cover picture of the house which I had to get him to fix. He was unresponsive, and acted like he was doing me a favor the few times he did.

We verbally aggreed that the tenant would pay utilities, and I checked the box on the form he gave me the same. However he drew up the contract that I would pay.

We verbally aggreed that it would be a year lease followed by a month to month. I did not notice he drew up the contract that the renter would only need to give me notice if he wanted to stay beyond the first year. When contacting him about another matter I found out he was planning on moving out in less than a month and hadn't told me earlier because of the language of the lease. I had to rush to get someone in right away instead of having 60 days.

This is adnormal language. The only reason I can think they would use it would be to encourage turnover and desperate placement needs for landlords so they would collect extra tenant placement income, which would be dispicable customer service.

Luckily I chose Executive Realty on the next one. Everything was drawn up as requested. He was diligent and able to find me a good renter in time.

I used Renters Warehouse to find a tenant for my home. They came to my home and sold me on their service and told me what a great company they were and how their CEO was name "Entreperneur of the Year". They said they would start advertising my property right away.

About a week later I checked on craigslist to see if my ad was up and could not find it. I called the company and they said they were "working on it". My guess is that the rental agent forgot to do this. Great.

Finally the ad was up and then they started showing my proeperty and sometimes only gave me an hours notice. Very inconvinent. They said they had a good tenant and I believed them.

They signed the lease and moved the tenant in and then the problems started. Things were breaking in the house and they did not inform me about it. The rent was late every month and the level of communication was very poor.
