On Feburary 18 2015 I order there prouduct free trail to pay shipping one was $4.95 one was $5.95 I read there whole advertisement nothing about what there terms where!!! when I got the prouduct there was two plastic cards in my box both the same no terms on March 10 2015 my Bank account was charged $94.57 they had charged me for the free bottles and they had charged me again for the shipping that I paid when I orderd it my Bank called and notify me that there was fraud action on my account I called them at this point and told them all I ordered from them was there free sample but they said if u didn"t cancel in 13 days that u would be charged!!!! told them never seen anything about any terms!! told them to cancel anything that I didn't want there prouduct then on April 4 2015 they charged my account again &94.57 at this point i cancled my card called them back that i had cancled anything from them in March they said they were sorry!! u have to go to another site RenuvaDerm.org to read there terms and where to sent it back i box up everething that i got from them!! $11.80 for mailing I am going to persue a refund from this pure fraud company! I'm a senior citizen and my Income is so low!! that i have free legal service

When I recieved the product,there was no recipt or any papers of any kind in the box. 3 weeks after recieving the product my debit card had 2 unautherized charges of $94.57 & $89.47. I called my bank and was given a #1-888-605-6670, I called and asked why my card was charged? the mans response was "the trial is free,but the product is not".WTF His exact words. He wanted to sell me more of this stuff.I told him i dont want anything more from this company,and my card is no longer good.I found the same product on Amazon for 75% less money. Ive had to block and cancell my debit card.And my bank is sending paperwork to get my $ back. I was later sent a cancellation notice on my email. I didnt sign up to recieve this stuff every month.

The woman said it is stated under the terms and conditions which ironically when you click on the "terms and conditions" tab, you get this response:

I ordered a free sample of 2 products, only cost was shipping. This order was on 4-20-2015. I recieved both products. Then on my next credit card bill was 3 new charges. The first was dated 5-04-15 and was for $94.57. The next two charges were dated 5-15-15 and 5-16-15, both were for 89.47. I recieved no additional products for these charges. I called the number on my bill and spoke to a representative. She made no effort to let me explain the problem and in fact kept talking while I was talking. I asked to speak to her supervisor but she said that was not possible. She called me back after a few minutes and said they would offer me a refund on two of the charges, then sent me an e-mail stating I had two refunds #40148 for $31.31 and #40140 for$33.09. I want to cancel so they don't keep charging me monthly and I will not accept any products from them.
Renuvaderm was offering a free trial of their product and all you have to do is pay the postage & handling of $4.99. Which is what I did and received the .50 oz bottle of Renuvaderm in the mail in a box with no receipt or paperwork of any kind. Then one week later my credit card was charged $96.93 So I called their phone number that morning and the girl on the phone said that the .50 oz bottle that I received in Mail was not a trial size it was a 30 day supply and every month they would be auto debiting my account . I told her I didn't agree to that and I wanted to charge reversed and she said she couldn't do that but what she could do was off me a 50 % discount on my next month's bill. I told her I didn't want any next month and to cancel whatever they had me on that I didn't agree too. And she said my account was cancelled. But you can't trust them to do that so I called my bank and cancelled my card and ordered a new card.
I ordered this on the 8th, I di not receive it until the the 23rd. I didn't know they were going to charge me $94.57 att all but they took it out of my checking account on the 27th. I have no idea if I like it or not, I never had more than a couple of days to try it! I hate this shady kind of business, they should be upfront about what they are going to do. I have Rosaecea so I'm always looking for something new to try. The same day I recieved the two samples I also recieved another product. I called the Company and requested to return item as I did not order it, and I shipped it back.
After recieveing the other product I called my Bank and explained that I did not want to be billed by said company. It was really funny because she said that they were connected with RENUVA so I told her if I was billed by RENUVA I wanted it to be declined. But the First charge went thur and now the bank is handling the problem.
I received a box from RENUVA today and called the Number on my credit card. Spoke with a Man named Matt (employee #2113), informhing him that I had turned this over to bank card farud and that I was returning said box. He got loud telling me that I had to pay for the shipment before I could opt out.

They sent a "sample of face cream and a sample of eye cream. When I didn't respond they mailed me anothr "sample" chargeing $94.57 for the skin cream and $89.47 for the eye cream. After several phone calls, I finally made them aware(I thought) that I did not want either of these products and to cancel sending them to me and credit my credit card for the amount I had returned;. They did credit my account minus $12 for "restocking fee", but charged me again the full amount for the original "samples" they had sent me. They told me when I confronted them by phone that those were full sized product and I had to pay for them.
This is a rip-off company and should be made to send me my money back for the original so-called samples they sent that were supposed to cost only $4.95.
I informed them I would never order from them again and would try my best to get them banned from the internet.
