This company has now changed their name to Brand.com, but they are the same company as reputationchanger.com.
They bilked me out of $15,000, with a money back guarantee that THEY provided, but did not even adhere to. Not only did they not improve my standing, but my standing of a malicious post was actually higher after 4 months with them.
The sales rep will tell you anything, to get you to sign the contract, and then they just jerk you around and don't even add the posts that they say they will add, even in their own guarantee.
My company is now having them investigated for their fraud, i have retained an attorney to file suit.
Please stay a hundred miles away from them. They are the biggest scam you can ever imagine!!!
