Hello, I attended the RESQ training program in Indianapolis, Indiana in Feruary 2015. When I had finished, I had some hours to make up due to medical issuses, which I brought in a doctor note for each time I was ill. When it came time to make -up the hours, I had emailed my instructor a few times and that was not working, so i attempted to start emailing him. He advised me that he was going on vacation and to contact himwhen he returned. Well, I did exactly that and started not recieving responses AGAIN. This course total was $899.00....That is alot of money to be not answering my calls or very professional for the instructor who was teaching the class. I would at least expect some kind of response. Which never happened. I am hoping that someone can get this taken care of by either letting me make up the hours that i was short of or just refund my money. I have been very disppointed in the way this has been handeled. I will be contacting corporate office next and I am sure they will not be happy with all the paperwork, grades and Me being the only one in the class that this has happened to. Actually, I would not even go back to this place to finish my hours. I want my money back and even though I was short on my hours, I still completed this couse with a 91%.....Hope somebody can get this taken care of soon. Thank you!
