After getting a job, I no longer needed the services of ResumeGig.com, an online resume builder. I didn't have any issues, until I tried to cancel my subscription. In June of 2015, I attempted to cancel my subscription through the link provided on the page. It didn't work, just kept refreshing the page. I sent an email requesting a cancellation. I was charged again on 7 July. All I received was an auto-reply, no answers to my queries by a human being at all. Live chat got my subscription cancelled but attempts to recoup the charge was answered by a quote from their cancellation policy. Cold and uncaring. Avoid these people at all cost. The resume builder itself is ok, you'll just get bent over when you try to cancel.
