I have a complaint about the house owners Sandra Arguellowells and Richard Arguellowells of 1342 Nighthawk Way, Sacramento, CA 95833. I have been discussinf about renting this huse by April 1, 2015 and hve been going back and forth with this couple with the house they so called own. Richard told me that if I send him $100, I can put the place on hold for mysled and they fired Pacifica Managemtn because having a realtor rent the house for them cost too much. Then he had me sent $400 more to get the key as the toltal I sent was $500 to get the ey before I sent him the rent money. Then just a few days ago on March 15th, 2015. Richard and his wife text me saying that I have to pay the rent before I get the key and I said no because that was not the agreement and he wanted to all of a sudden talk to his lawyer about the keys being sent. Richard wanted me to pay him $400 more to balance out the lawyer and I said no (You told me that you send the keys and I am already riskinh my money sending it to you and I have never seen you and you live in Denver, CO.
Basically after a month of discussion I did not send the rent money. So I told Richard and sandra that they need to send my $500 now by today. He said he would on March 16, 2015 and he never did. Instead he had this number call me from 2024558888 three times to take my name off the listing and had me push a two digit code each time. So I did and he never sent my refund. Just yesterday March 17, 2015 he said he will send the money after he ger rent for the house from the next tenant. I said no you need to send me my money now like you agreed. He said he was in church and I left him several messages. I have not recieved a call, text or email back from these people and I have not recieved my money yet. They are foreign people and he claimed to have onhe leg and his wife is pregnant. This is a total fraud and I am still looking to get my money back. Do not rent from this house or these people with this name. They say they go to seminars and church and live in . They are frauds.
