Hosea Mutai/Rift Valley Investments rented me and my dad a home in Arlington,Texas but before we could even move it was broken into yet his ad stated the home was located in a safe area.
After moving in we noticed that it had faulty wiring,outdated plumbing,poor insulation and fondation damage .Mr.Mutai said he would have ALL these and the repairs taken care of.After waiting over 10 months and hearing lie after lie from Mr.Mutai i called Code Enforcement Inspectors on Mr.Mutai but Mr.Mutai still didnt do any repairs. Instead he called and told me he was evicting me and my 75 year old wheel chair bound father..He said it was cheaper to evict me than do ANY repairs..After Mr.Mutai evicted us that VERY SAME DAY Mr.Mutai put a FOR RENT sign in the front yard and the following week another family moved in..Mr.Mutai and Rift Vslley Investments have signs posted in the Dallas,Arlington and Ft.Worth area of Texas..the signs posted will say "FOR LEASE OR SALE

Rift Valley Investment is owned by David Lagat. Hosea Mutsi WAS an employee there. The office staff at Rift investment or Bella Asset Management are responsible for sending staff to fix properties. Mr Mutai responsibility was to rent and inspect property.
