Rite Aid Pharmacy Reviews

On the evening of Monday July 6 th I arrived at work. Once there I signed in. Once there I immediately began doing my job. Later that night around about 3am I stood by my car to smoke a cigarette and look on my phone. As I was staring there one of the workers came up to me and began speaking and than went on to move more equipment with the forklift. He than came up to me again and asked if I could move my car because he didn't want to hit it, so I got into my car and move 2 parking spaces over. He than got back on the forklift and I looked back on my phone for about a minute when I felt a big bump. I looked over and seen that he had hit my car, so I rushed to the other side and it was a dent in some scratches. He immediately began to apologize and told me to get estimates and he would pay as I have all of this in text messages. There was also a witness . Wednesday morning, a coworker calls me in tells me that the dm told him that some workers from Monday night said I was asleep and never got out my car all night and that I flipped on one of the workers that worked there and also that he ran into my car before he told me to move. Just a bunch of lies that cost me my job

I am a Kaiser patient and am new to Kaiser. At my request, my doctor sent me a prescription to Rite Aid; an outside pharmacy. I wasn't made aware that by going to an outside pharmacy, I would have to pay full price rather than my co-payment. Kaiser should have told me but went out of their way after to fix it.

When I went to Rite Aid, they said it was just called in and it would 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, I went to ask if it was ready only to stand in line for 9 more minutes. When it was my turn, I had been waiting for 39 minutes, only to be sent to another line where I waited for 2 more minutes. Finally, they told me they don't accept Kaiser. I said, "Then why would my doctor call it in here and why did you accept it? And why wouldn't you tell me that 45 minutes ago?" They said, "Well, let me rephrase that. We accept prescriptions from Kaiser but not the insurance so you'll have to pay for it." I asked how much it was; they said $61. I agreed to pay. They said, "Ok. Give me 15 minutes."

I asked, "It's been almost an hour and you told me 15 minutes, almost an hour ago." They said, "We needed to verify your birthdays." I asked, "I've been here for almost an hour; it never occurred to you to call me up and ask?" There was no response and I left without my prescription.

I came home to call my doctor to ask them to have it transferred back to a Kaiser location. They needed to verify that I didn't already pick it up. So they gave me a phone number and said to have Rite Aid call them. I called Rite Aid and they refused; they said they don't do that. I asked to please make an exception after all they put me through, but they still refused.

Rite Aid is known for bad customer service, long lines, long waits and ghetto. I wouldn't even have requested them but they're the closest and I'm without a vehicle. Do not ever use Rite Aid.
