For quite some time we have been concerned about how often we have to run the hose in our pool in order to keep it filled to capacity.

That's when I finally called a professional leak detection service. The tech who came out performed a lengthy and thorough inspection, and told us the tile grout that had been used was not waterproof and was eroding away and would all have to be replaced with a waterproof grout.
He also said there were leaks around every fitting, with a huge leak around the pool light and also around the escape drain. He also found a hole in the spa, which he said had most likely been there since pool installation.
If anyone reading this is considering having a pool installed, I would encourage you to steer clear of Riverbend-Sandler Pools.
