Mr Pinski came to the house because he saw the tarps on the roof. We set a price, which was fine, except when the final payment was to be made, he added a 9% tax that he said was to make his taxes to the IRS even. This was not in the original contract or even mentioned up to that point. I'm pretty sure it's not legal. He finished the shingle part of the roof and it did look nice. He has yet to come back to put the roof vent on and remove the last of the debre. The finish date was 03/31/14. I have called him multilple times and made multiple dates for him to finish the work. He has yet to show up. Amazingly his cell phone number has been disconnected and the one his brother gave me is not working either. The contract forms are from P E construction. I thought he would prove the sterotype wrong, now I get to take it to court and if I can get the local news station to cover it, I'm going to. Do not waste your time or money on this man.
