Steve is a clinical, compulsive, and absolute liar. After pulling my hair out for 12 weeks, I finally searched for his name and what a gut punch to find him on here. I could go on forever about how he took advantage of me, but suffice it to say, he is an old school, mustache-twisting bad guy.
He's a con man that fabricates stories adroitly, and instantly. Not a single word that falls from his mouth is even tinged with truth. I have corraborated my fears with his sub-contractors, who he owes piles of money to. He makes commitments to build this, repair that, enhance this, replace that, and does about 15% of the work. He is a feeble Mr. Bungles with nary a skill to his name, other than artfully constructing some new tale about why things don't get done.
It's hard for me to type this because I am humiliated for being such a fool.
